   This transverse arrow point was made from

Danish flint. It was made from a segment of a

core blade that was pressure flaked into a
trapezoidal shape. A trapezoid is a geometric

shape that has only two sides that are parallel

to each other. The parallel sides on this point

are the two core blade edges. This point measures

11/16 of an inch (1.7 cm) long.
